Giffy the giraffe & Zenny the zebra :)

Hello just a quick post :) this is a character design for an educational game I did early this year. I used gouache and pen & ink, I remember doing the inking in a fastfood while waiting for my friend to finish eating! See I bring my sketchbook with me all the time so I don't get bored while waiting. :) Will post the rest of the animals soon. :)This is Giffy & Zenny, watch out for the rest of the gang!

Sunny

It rained all day, gloomy skies and cold weather. I was thinking of what to post and found this on my art archive.:) Wishing for a sunny and warm day ahead.

Eli the elephant

Another illustration on my sketchbook! :) My inspiration for this came when my mom cooked raw peanuts. The peanuts was drawn from life hence the somewhat realistic feel. Medium used are watercolor & gouache on muji sketchbook. This took a day to finish, because I had a hard time retouching eli to make it look the way I wanted.

 UPDATE: Eli the elephant has already found a new home on my Aunt's wall who is nuts about elephants! :)

Watercolor

My very first watercolor piece for 2012. I really want to start painting again and I decided to put watercolor paper on my christmas wishlist last year. So here goes my first artwork. This was finished around january, lazy me to post it just now. :)
